Specification:

  1. Double-wall casings can be used universally, as they are designed especially for transmitting high rotational and vertical forces as created by the rotary drives and oscillators. The use of double-walled casings ensures a flush drill string.
  2. Single-wall casings can be used for applications where weight reduction is important. Single wall and double wall casings for foundation piling are also manufactured by Kellyway for different drilling conditions,
  3. Kellyway also manufactures other accessories used when drilling with casing e.g., Casing drive adapter, casing joints and casing shoes/blocks, etc.

Attention of casing and tubing for piling foundation

--- The pipe casing should avoid to the collision, especially of casing joints knock against when install the casing bolts, it must be clean, otherwise it will cause the difficult installation.

--- The drilling bucket needs to be chiseled in advance when pile casing drives the increased torque to difficult.

--- The drilling bucket needs to be checked position and verticality of hole, to avoid opening the door at the hole bottom when lift the drilling open and closed again against to casing shoes.

--- You must be tested all movements of pulling machine normally before concreting. Pull up pipe casing immediately to prevent steel trunk floating after the end of grouting.
